The proximity to the German-Danish border shapes us both culturally and economically and has an influence on the infrastructure as well as on the lifestyle of many locals. While you can enjoy life and work in the city or in the countryside with great nature and the sea, the direct highway and rail connections ensure that you can be in Hamburg in an hour and a half and in Copenhagen in three hours. The direct train connection from Flensburg to Prague now even allows you to travel to Berlin without changing trains.
